I grew up in Ocean County, New Jersey, and graduated from New York University in 1998. After graduation, I pursued a career in music, playing shows with my rock band across New York City, Los Angeles, and even the UK. Like many aspiring artists in NYC, I paid the bills by waiting tables—until a twist of fate eventually led me into the city’s real estate industry.
My wide-ranging life experiences shaped my perspective on diet, weight loss, and nutrition—giving me a grounded, no-nonsense approach that cuts through the noise with real, practical solutions for people who believe permanent weight loss shouldn’t mean sacrificing the foods they love.
